Directions for poster abstract submission
Abstracts in English only. All accepted abstracts will be published in Clinical Nutrition Supplements.
The abstract must be typed or copied into the abstract submission form. Please note that the form allows ASCII characters only (a program like Microsoft Word for Windows may contain non-ASCII characters).
Abstracts are restricted to 300 words (without title, authors, institutions and references). It may not contain any tables or graphs.
References in the text have to be cited at the end of the abstract. All content of the abstract is in the sole responsibility of the author(s) of the abstract.
Each author can only submit one abstract as first author. The submitted abstract must be presented at the conference by the first author during the poster session. It is possible to appear as co-author on other abstracts. Replacements will not be accepted and can jeopardise the publication in the abstract book.
Regular registration for the first author is necessary! A registration of the presenter (= first author) must be made at the latest by January 31th 2010 to guarantee publication of the abstract! Later registrations will lead to an exclusion of the abstract.
All abstracts will be judged and rated by two independent referees, which will make recommendation for acceptance.
The receipt of your abstract submission will be confirmed by e-mail.
Poster size
Poster size is A0 (120X90 cm); format is portrait.
Deadline for abstract submission
Abstract submission deadline is January 6th, 2010 (Information on acceptance of abstract till Jan. 15th 2010 latest).
